Reserving A Puppy
How to start the process: All potential puppy clients MUST fill out and submit a puppy application and be approved, (please note, this process may take a couple weeks depending on how busy we are at time of submission.) Submitting our puppy application form does not reserve a puppy. Once we have approved your application, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit must be paid, we allow 72 hours for the deposit to be submitted once an application is approved. If we do not have any puppies available at the time of the submission of your application you will be placed on a wait list, you will be contacted about upcoming litters in the order your deposit was received, when a litter of your choosing is born the remaining $400.00 of our $500.00 deposit must be paid at that time. All deposits are a part of the puppy purchase price and are non-refundable. Our puppies start at $2500.00 and go up from there. After the $400.00 deposit is submitted when your litter is born, you will receive weekly updates about the litter via email. We will keep you posted on what they are learning, include photos and a few videos so that you can watch them grow.

Visits: We understand the clients excitement to meet the parents prior to the litter being born, only visits shall be scheduled for clients that are on the wait list for a puppy from a confirmed litter, have an approved application with us and have submitted their deposit. While we greatly enjoy visiting with each and every client, raising puppies is a 24/7 job when done correctly.

Choosing your new family member: Once the puppies are the appropriate age for visitors (generally 7-8 weeks of age.) We will email you a date and time for you to come select your puppy in the order your deposit was received. We allow one (1) hour for your visit of meeting and choosing your puppy, we always try to schedule these for a Saturday, we will always assist in helping you choose your puppy as we are with them all day every day and know specific personalities and traits of each puppy. All puppies are marked with their own collar, each one a different color to easily identify your puppy. Puppies go home between 7-8 weeks of age, if you are unable to bring your puppy home within this time frame please let us know prior to placing a deposit, regardless of actual going home date puppy must be paid for in full at time of selection process, If puppy is not picked up by date specified a $25/night boarding fee will be charged. Please be sure prior to placing a deposit that this is the right time for you and your family to be adding a new family member, and you are ready to devote the time it will take to raising a puppy. If you are unable to come select your puppy yourself we will be happy to select one for you. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE once placed.

Our policy: Once puppies are born no visitors are allowed for both mom and puppies until they are the appropriate age to have received their first vaccines and have been vet checked, there are NO exceptions to this rule.

Deposits: all deposits are $500.00 and are NON-REFUNDABLE but transferable to another litter with advance notice. We will HOLD your reservation for THREE (3) days for you to get your deposit to us, please do not ask us to hold a puppy if you have no intentions of sending a deposit. We ONLY accept cash, checks or Zelle for deposits, Paypal or Venmo are not accepted for deposit or balance at pickup. At the time of pick up, ONLY CASH OR A CERTIFIED BANK CHECK, is accepted. Zelle can be used if done ahead of pick up date to confirm funds have been transferred. All checks MUST be payable to Hyatt's Golden's for the balance which is due at pick up, no puppy shall leave our care until paid in full. Pickups are with myself and buyer. Picking order is based on deposit order.

All puppies come with AKC Limited Registration unless Full registration is approved prior to placing a deposit. Full registration is only approved at Hyatt's Goldens discretion and can be denied for any reason.

We reserve the right to take our pick of any litter at anytime.
​
We do not have a public restroom at this time.
​
Health All of our puppies are vet checked, microchipped, receive their first vaccines and are dewormed at 2, 4 and 6 weeks, prior to going to their new homes.
Dr. Jack Miller conducts all our puppy vet checks prior to a puppy leaving our care.
Food
We feed Purina & Royal Canin Golden Retriever to our adults. Our puppies are started on Purina or Royal Canin Golden Retriever Puppy. At a minimum, I recommend our new puppy parents to continue feeding whichever food we have your puppy on for the first six months after taking your puppy home. We supplement all of our dogs and puppies with NuVet Plus and recommend all of our puppies continue on it in their new homes.

Prior to submitting your deposit please print and carefully read and agree with our health guarantee. When submitting your deposit please enclose a signed copy of our health guarantee to ensure that you have read and agree to the terms of our policy.

We reserve the right to refund your deposit at anytime should we feel our puppy is not the best fit for your family. At any time, should you become unable to care for your puppy, Hyatt's Golden's reserves the right to have first refusal.
